Added roaming masters in the wild areas.

In addition to some minor bug fixes and tweaks, the major change in this version is the introduction of the Arena Masters as wild encounters. After you defeat a master in their arena, you can find them in the wild area directly outside of their town.

I've also started adding support for an item you can use from your inventory to heal your T-Mon, but you can't obtain it yet.

Also, I removed all of my Inkscape files from the game folder, so the raw assets aren't making the file bigger for no reason... didn't realize RenPy was putting those in there.
