Empire Rebirth

This is a second edition of a card game I made previously.

Empire is a game of short battles. After building your deck of 30 cards, you sit across from your opponent. Each turn is a single battle between two cards. Winning cards become citizens in your empire and at the end of the game the player with the largest and most prosperous empire wins.
